This website contains information on hyperhidrosis for the benefit of patients and is provided by STD Pharmaceutical Products Ltd which is a family run business based in Hereford, UK, founded in 1967. We specialise in treatments for hyperhidrosis and varicose veins and are proud to be celebrating 50 years in business this year.
The company is named after the pharmaceutical product, sodium tetradecyl sulphate (Fibrovein) which is a detergent sclerosant used by injection to treat varicose veins in the legs. We manufacture and distribute Fibrovein in over 30 countries across the world.
We have many years of experience of hyperhidrosis and its management within the company. As well as supplying products to help manage the symptoms of hyperhidrosis we have for many years supported this site to inform and offer advice to hundreds of patients suffering with the condition.
